“Welcoming Spring: A Yin Yoga Workshop for Renewal and Growth”
As we move through the final weeks of winter, the promise of spring is on the horizon, yet it can still feel far away. This is a time to pause, ground ourselves, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance within.
Join us for a nourishing yin yoga workshop designed to help you release tension, restore inner harmony, and prepare for the energy of the season ahead.
We will begin with breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to gently quiet the mind. From there, you will flow into a gentle yin yoga sequence. We will focusi on long-held postures to release deeply stored tension, particularly in the hips, spine, and shoulders. Each pose will invite stillness, reflection, and a connection to your body and breath.
To close, we will settle into an extended shavasana, allowing the practice to integrate fully as you rest in a state of deep calm and renewal.
This workshop will be held in English, but clarifications can be provided in Danish if needed. It is open to everyone, whether you are new to yin yoga or an experienced practitioner.
After the workshop, we will provide refreshments (water and fruit) and you will have the opportunity to connect and socialize with the other participants.

Practicalities: Yoga mats and all necessary props will be provided for your practice. Please remember to bring comfortable, warm clothing.
